A short note on how we handle your data on this website.
The personal data operator is ТОО «Alpine Hotel». Contacts: +7 727 313 14 15 · [email protected].
Surname and first name, phone, email, recipient's name, delivery address (if a courier is needed), greeting text and wishes, and the IP address — to protect the form from spam.
To accept and fulfil your request: contact you, issue an invoice, accept payment, issue and hand over the certificate, and remind you of its expiry. The data is not used for other purposes.
Bank card details are entered on the bank's side. We do not see or store them.
Contacts and request texts are stored encrypted. Access is limited to employees who need it for their work; actions are logged. Data is kept while the certificate is valid and after that within the limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The website remembers the chosen language. Visit statistics are also collected (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika): anonymised view data may be passed to these services, including outside Kazakhstan.
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent — contact the hotel. Some data (for example, about payment) we have to keep longer by law.
